1. About Clayworks and Harmonimo
Harmonimo is a software product by Clayworks that includes a VST3 plugin and a standalone application. In these Terms, "Clayworks", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the Harmonimo team.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Harmonimo, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Harmonimo.
If you are using Harmonimo on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Clayworks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Harmonimo on devices you own or control.
- You may use Harmonimo in personal and commercial music production.
- One license is for one individual user unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This license is granted, not sold.
4. License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, lease, or publicly host Harmonimo;
- share your download links, license keys, or order credentials with others;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Harmonimo except where prohibited by applicable law;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use Harmonimo in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Orders, Payments, and Taxes
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing, receipts, and applicable sales tax or VAT collection at checkout.
Harmonimo is sold at a fixed price determined by Clayworks. The current price for your order is shown at checkout.
Pricing, currency, and payment methods are shown during checkout and may change at any time before purchase.
6. Digital Delivery
Harmonimo is delivered digitally. After successful payment, download access is provided through your checkout/order flow. You are responsible for keeping your purchase details secure.
7. Refunds
If you experience a technical issue that prevents normal use on a supported system, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, and any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.
8. Updates and Support
We may provide updates, fixes, or improvements to Harmonimo at our discretion. We do not guarantee specific future features, timelines, or ongoing compatibility with every OS or DAW release.

9. Third-Party Services
Harmonimo may be used alongside third-party software and services (for example DAWs, operating systems, virtual MIDI tools, and Lemon Squeezy checkout services). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
Harmonimo, including its software, branding, visuals, and documentation, is owned by Clayworks and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
Harmonimo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clayworks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clayworks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of Harmonimo.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Clayworks' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Harmonimo.
13. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using Harmonimo and delete all copies in your possession or control.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of Harmonimo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Clayworks operates, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
